MENU & DINING

  • We make Roman-style pizza using a blend of three ancient grains together with a slow ferment. The result? A base that’s crisp, light, and easier to digest.
    Every dough is handcrafted, and every pizza is a balanced, flavourful, feel-good meal—without the heaviness you might expect from traditional pizza.

  • Our pizzas are rectangular in shape, made with 300g of dough, and measure 15" x 9" once cooked. Each one is cut into 6 slices and is designed to be a full meal for one person.

  • Yes. We offer house-made gluten-free pizza bases, gluten-free pasta, a separate vegan menu and plenty of vegetarian options. If you have any dietary needs, just let us know when you order and we’ll help guide you.

  • We do our best to accommodate dietary needs and clearly mark vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free items on our menu.
    A wide range of foods, including those containing gluten, soy, nuts, dairy, seafood and eggs is prepared in our kitchen, so while every dish is handled with the utmost care, we’re unable to guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

    Please note: our house-made gluten-free pizza base is made with only gluten-free ingredients, it is cooked in a shared oven and prepared in a kitchen where airborne flour is present.
    While we take great care in preparation, our pizzas may not be suitable for guests with coeliac disease or severe gluten intolerance.

  • Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own cake. Please let us know ahead of time so we can arrange suitable storage.
    A cakeage fee of $4 per person applies to cover the plating, serving and washing up involved when outside food is brought in.

  • Yes. We offer a house-made gluten-free pizza base made with gluten-free ingredients only, and gluten-free pasta, prepared using a structured process designed to minimise cross-contamination at every stage.

  • We take every precaution we can: dedicated equipment, rice flour only in the prep area, separate utensils, individually wrapped dough. Please note:

    ·       Trace cross-contamination is still possible

  • No honest operator in a mixed kitchen can, and we think it's important to be honest about that. What we can guarantee is a disciplined system designed to minimise risk at every step.

  • Yes. Our gluten-free dough is mixed in a dedicated machine and each portion is individually wrapped and isolated from storage through to handling.

  • Yes, with strict controls in place. We use rice flour only in our prep area, which eliminates airborne wheat flour contamination. Surfaces are thoroughly cleaned before any gluten-free handling begins.

  • Yes. Dedicated utensils are used at every stage of gluten-free preparation.

  • At Williamstown, gluten-free pizzas are cooked in the same wood-fired oven. At Yarraville, we have a separate deck oven chamber for gluten-free. In both cases, gluten-free pizzas are handled with dedicated tools and we control timing and placement to reduce exposure.

  • Yes. We offer gluten-free pasta, boiled and cooked separately.

  • Most places treat gluten-free as a product. We treat it as a system. Separate equipment, a controlled prep environment and defined handling procedures at every stage.

  • Yes. We are fully licensed, offering a curated range of Australian and Italian wines, local beers, spirits and a selection of cocktails.
    We also have non-alcoholic options for those who prefer something zero-proof.

  • No, we don’t offer BYO.

GENERAL DINING

  • Yes, we’re happy to split bills. Just let our team know at the end of your meal.

  • We accept all major payment methods including EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and mobile tap-to-pay options.

  • Yes, high chairs are available at both Williamstown and Yarraville. If you’re dining with little ones, let us know in advance so we can set up a comfortable spot for your family.
