  • Before placing your order, just double-check the store location selected, this ensures your order goes to the right kitchen, whether it’s for pickup or delivery.

    Each 3 GRAINS location takes online orders through its own storefront, so here’s what to do:

    1. Choose your preferred store on this page

    2. Click the matching Order Online button

    3. You’ll place your order (pick-up or delivery) directly with that location

    This ensures your order is prepared from your chosen store.

  • If an order is placed through the wrong store, it can’t be transferred to the other location.

    • Unfortunately, refunds can’t be issued in this situation.

    • You’ll need to place a new order and pay again at the correct store.

    Please double-check before ordering to avoid disappointment.

  • Yes, pick-up is available at both stores.

    • If you order through Williamstown, your pick-up will be at the Williamstown store.

    • If you order through Yarraville, your pick-up will be at the Yarraville store.

  • Absolutely. You can schedule both pick-up and delivery orders for a later time when placing your order.

  • Yes! All deliveries are made by our own 3 GRAINS team, not third-party drivers.

    4. Enter your address. The system will automatically confirm if delivery is available to your location.

    • Not Available: Friday is Pick-up only
